- At RHF Talents, we are looking for an International Sales Consultant to prospect and develop international clients, specifically in Ireland and the United Kingdom, while being based in Brazil.
- You will play a strategic role in expanding our international operations, connecting European companies with high-quality recruitment and selection solutions.
- ?? What you will do on a daily basis
- • Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
- • Actively prospect companies in Ireland and the United Kingdom via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- • Use social media and digital channels to generate qualified international leads.
- • Schedule and conduct online meetings with international decision makers.
- • Present customized commercial proposals, clearly explaining our recruitment and selection solutions.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, generating recurring business and referrals.
- • Keep CRM updated and manage an active and healthy sales pipeline.
- • Work closely with the Recruitment and Selection team to ensure smooth processes and successful deliveries.
- ?? What we expect from you
- • Strong communication, persuasion, and proactive mindset with a results-driven attitude.
- • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in services, HR, recruitment, consulting, or similar fields.
- • Confidence using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email outreach, and other digital prospecting tools.
- • Ability to conduct sales presentations with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
- • Strong organizational skills for client management, follow-ups, and performance goals.
- • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
- • Advanced or fluent English for professional communication.
- • Interest in international markets and multicultural business environments.
