- The Sales Representative B2B will identify potential business clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. They often work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- You have:
- English level C1 +
- 2 years' experience in social media and digital marketing
- Deep understanding of sales, vertical, and local market knowledge, as well as expertise in cross-channel media selling.
- At least 4 years of overall sales-oriented experience, entrepreneurial thinking.
- Proven ability in building relationships and effective multi-touch cross/upselling throughout a relationship.
- Experienced problem solver and proactive communicator with excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales-driven soft skills.
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience through multi-touch cross/upselling service model.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, having accountability of own metrics and results.
- You will:
- Proactively outreach to the assigned book of business
- Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales to achieve client goals.
- Manage top tier clients & agencies consisting of medium business clients, focusing on revenue uplift for their business and our clients. Deep analysis of ad performance and current social media strategies, and advising on key opportunities for growth
- Prioritize outreach based on an understanding of client needs and industry insights.
- Gain a deep understanding of industries, market(s), and client business models to tailor experiences for local advertisers.
- Identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions with an emphasis on budget optimization and allocation to meet client objectives.
- Engage clients proactively and reactively to assess and optimize product performance.
- Suggest improvements for ad products and customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our advertising solutions and their impact on performance.
- Performance optimization, data-driven storytelling, building trusted stakeholder relationship & strategic long-term planning
